• The experienced staff at LINK can help negotiate a settlement that is acceptable to both vendors and purchasers. We are also able to assist in the negotiation of new and existing leases.

Sale Documents

• We prepare draft “Contracts of Sale” and liaise with legal representatives of all the relevant parties to facilitate the sale and settlement of your business.

Money Handling

• Receipting deposit moneys in accordance with the Estate Agents Act 1980. All money is held in trust pending settlement.

Valuations

• We are Certified Business Valuers and can prepare valuations for a separate fee.
